to make sure that lambda@edge deployed and associated to Cloudfront correctly

In the current implementation, getting TLD+1 resolved takes 200ms or more due to linear search across domain suffix list.
This part must be improved to reduce time for resolving domain name.

The router looks like has an issue with trailing slash, in this line. It needs the same fix as we did in the Cloudflare Worker

Decide how to pass routes (main route, agent path, ingress API path) into particular Function deployed by a customer.
Due to limitations on Lambda@Edge it's not allowed to use environment variables.

Possible solutions:

1. Add variables directly into the source code of the function.
2. Investigate other possible approaches.

2. Deliver distributive to S3 bucket
