Enum is not a good idea if we want retur a new type of answer, change it, by return a primitiv variable (int). or Pass by a new class which contains an int ( so heavy maybe)

For the moment we implement the TTSJobService, but if we have more one application that use this library, we will have x service started, maybe need just one service and create interface for each application, need to think about it.

If i called someone before and receive an sms the job don't pause.

Same if i call back directly without job callback, the job don't pause.
