If a post has an ampersand in it, the code currently correctly converts it to "%25"; however, at least in Chrome, this causes the completed template to cut off from that point on instead of correctly decoding the ampersand.

It seems a workaround in this case would be to double encode all ampersands in just the body of the post to be "%2526" to permit double decoding, which seems to work. It's important that only the body itself double encodes since any double-encoding elsewhere in the final URL breaks the whole thing entirely.
