It would be really neat if we could specify which chunk index to start/stop reading. Even better would be to say the position (not chunk index, but byte index), and then we could calculate the closest index and discard any bytes before streaming to the client what was requested, although this could be done outside the library.

I think zeroPadding: false violates the expectations of the abstract-chunk-store test suite: https://github.com/mafintosh/abstract-chunk-store/blob/master/tests/index.js#L25-L34

With zeroPadding: false, chunks are written to the store that are smaller than the chunkLength, which according to the abstract-chunk-store tests should result in an error.
