tried out writing unit tests in cython (just converting the test_Cyarr.py into a pyx worked pretty good), this means I can do unit tests on cdeffed functions (instead of having to cpdef them all)

changing runs requires pressing the shortcut key twice.

check that all the functionality of the python functinons is covered

clear doesnt show up until you start a new run

and its a little difficult to do research here in china, so ill give up until i get home. it should work though, i enabled line tracing successfully (so %lprun works with the cython files)

need to rewrite everything in cython
