Currently the automaton is too general and not in a useful way. Convert to a "Substitution DFA" (SDFA) where accepting states are pointers to the string to be substituted.

The whole SDFA can be then cached as a binary blob like now, but accepting states will contain an offset into the "substitution section". When reloading the cached SDFA, it should be sufficient to mmap the file and use it directly.
