We can use loaders in SearchFeed instead of useEffect.

As seen in the image below, the navbar looks pretty empty...

A brand name can be added near the logo, the search bar can be centered at the div and some additional icons can be added just like the actual YouTube web page as shown below:

Profile icon, Notification icon, microphone icon can be added to make the navbar look filled with a lot of components.

We can use loaders to fetch data efficiently into the components instead of useEffect.

There is an issue with the click.When I click on the lower part of the thumbnail it takes me to channel information. As a user I would prefer it should redirect to the video and only when I am specifically clicking the channel name it should take to channel info page.

** Issues to be fixed

1. UI/UX issues : Adding a scrollbar to the topics lists to the left. Add theme changer (dark/light mode). fix the search section for smaller screen sizes
2. Limited videos : Everytime it shows only 5 videos. Let's switch it to unlimited videos and add previous/next page button in the lower portion of the page.
3. Add more topics : Add more genres/topics to get videos according to it.

In the current UI there is no information of when the video was published.It would be helpful to user to know the date of publication. The API provides publishedAt data.
