Generate tree with the parser produced for #2

Generate template code for the functions the trampolines call. This should simply produce a header the trampoline file includes and an implementation file that contains the functions with empty bodies.

(Extra: Generate just one implementation file for both the trampolines and templates for inlinability?)

This is fundamentally an issue with the structure of the parser itself and needs to be changed so that either optional nonterminals are eliminated or their handling is made better.

After #3 is done, generate a more abstract version of it. This will be then be used for code-generation.

Getsym-equivalent should be a macro that checks for the error flag and either returns from the function or gets the next symbol (Actually a lill_token) into a static variable, perhaps called current_token.

Generate trampolines that call the actual functions on the C side: These trampolines will be exported and follow the CB calling convention, the C functions they call should never know of CB at all.

A very simple task, after #1 is done.

Generate caller functions in CB with all their memblock fuckuppery and all.
