模板运行后，首页右上角的操作菜单，只有 hover 在图标上才能显示。

1. run the template project
2. go to index page
3. hover user name or user avatar
4. nothing happen

Expected behavior
when hover user name and avatar the menu will also fade in!

add babel preset(@vue/babel-preset-jsx) in .nuxt.config.js
