Two clocks are not synchronized

Make two simple clock, hh:mm
Launch one then a bit later the second.
They will not be updated at the same time, which is normal.

May be an additional parameter for refreshFrequency could start it at a specified time or time steps.
refreshFrequency 30000 at minute
refreshFrequency 30000 at second

You get the idea... Should think a bit more how to implement it, but probably not very requested/important.
