Support multi-threaded parsing/lexing

Analyzing some profiler data from ZPA, I noticed that most of time is spent in the parsing/lexing step. Currently the files are parsed serially because FLR isn't thread safe. Supporting multi-threaded parsing/lexing is necessary to improve the performance of ZPA.

As a (non-scientific) comparision, the next graph shows the cpu usage of zpa-cli analyzing the utPLSQL code. Each analysis took about 4 seconds and there's plenty of cpu power available.

I quickly "hacked" some thread-safety fixes, parallelized the analysis and I got the result below. Each analysis took about 2.5 seconds.
