Visual Dynamics is a web platform that automates the generation and execution of molecular dynamics with GROMACS and provides some useful and nice graphical outputs.

Note This doesn't install GROMACS, head to their documentation and follow the installation guide. The minimum GROMACS version supported is 2018. Visual Dynamics will not work without GROMACS.

Read this first and then:
Open up a terminal and run source <(curl -s -L https://bit.ly/vdinstall)

The Visual Dynamics source code is available under the MIT License. Some of the dependencies are licensed differently, so watch out for them.
