Code used to re-analyze published single cell RNASeq (scRNAseq) astrocyte data included in:

Liddelow SA, Marsh SE, Stevens B (2020) Microglia and astrocytes in disease: dynamic duo or partners in crime? Trends Immunol 41(9):820-835. PMID: 32819809.

Code
