As client I want my password to be validated to be able to access my data (and protect myself from impersonation)

As developer/operator I want the password to be already hashed so I can check observe and transport layer without breaking the user privacy

This could be done inside of #3 : user password validation.

As client I want to be added as user so my information is associated with myself and protected

As developer I want to retrieve a list of users which I would help me to ensure that user creation works correctly.

As operator I want to retrieve a list of users which I need to verify issues and have project metrics

As client I do not want to have my password hash listed anywhere

As developer I want to be able to install/update the tables schema with one command

As developer I want to be able to install database fixtures with one command. That simplify my tests and ensures they are always run with the same data
