Looking at the layout it seems to me there's an extra 1u on the top row that makes it so the backspace would be 1u? What are you using the extra key for? And can you advise on how to edit the pcb/plate files to turn that into a single 2u backspace?

With there being a shortage on electrical parts, do you have recommended alternatives to the parts list for diodes/crystals/resistors, etc?

I have 5 PCB made, just sitting here.

any reason why the the d- and d+ was connected to pin 4 and 6 of USBLC6 instead of 1 and 3. also why is it and routed directly to the 22 resistors? totally curious as to why this

Hi, I've seen in comments elsewhere that you intended to allow people to modify and use this design. However since this repo doesn't contain a license file it might discourage people from going down that route. Might I suggest an MIT license which would allow modifications and potentially running GBs with the resulting design?

Adding a 'suggested' list of PCB components might be helpful for others to create this keyboard
