We are currently using the Heroku Hobby database plan which maxes out at 10K rows. Need to update the plan and migrate data to a Basic Plan.
The "|" pipe character is used to separate data. Update code to have this only appear when data is present. This currently affects the index page.
Move Updated Time in Show page to the Port Status Header
Create country page to display only Ports for each Country
Update index page to display North America map.
Move Max Lanes up inline with .crossing-text.
