It would be nice to leverage SmartFormat and it's syntax to to merge parameter values into the translation values.
This can be done by implementing the abstract class AbstractValueRenderer.

I'm so bad to the bone, I wrote all code without writing automated tests. First thing on the todo list; write more tests.

In addition to the 'Getting Started', there is much more to document on how to use TechTolk.

You should be able to reset one, more or all translation sets so it can reload fresh translated values.

Implement a translation set source that reads from json (embedded?) files.

The build/test workflow is in place. Now let's find out how to publish packages to NuGet.org the right way at the right time.

To complement the adapters for Microsoft.Extensions.Localization, a source provider should be written to read from resx files.

Add feature to be able to load translation set sources asynchronously.
Yet, I'm not sure how this would/should work when calling tolk.Translate() on a translation set that is not loaded yet.

Might want to add an option for registration to load sources in series or in parallel.
