Update dock to 2.8. Last attempt failed on CI.

I have updated to the lastest 1.12.1 version, thanks for updating!

I am running into an issue though.
Whenever i run the command cppcheck i get the following error: cppcheck: error while loading shared libraries: libpcre.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

It looks like the library is missing or something, but it is being installed. I can't seem to figure it out.

I Tried this on both our gitlab runner which is running Linux and also on my windows desktop using docker desktop, in both cases i get this error.

What could this be?

Do you plan to update Cppcheck ? I can see that your active branch 2.0 failed some time ago.

Cppcheck versions after 1.9 can take .cppcheck project configuration as command line parameter.

Have to use master instead: https://github.com/Facthunder/cppcheck/pkgs/container/cppcheck/versions

Will this repo be updated to use the 2.9 version from CPPCheck?

As @JohnsterID pointed out in #31 there is a file missing.
I removed the line which copies this file and everything works fine. (for me)
