• Add the start up script
  • Clones github jupyer examples if not present
  • generates the fabric tokens and saves them at default location

This may not be the right place for this ticket, however JH currently disallows users with no project membership to login - it fails to provision the container with vague errors. We need to make the errors clearer at the very least. There is probably a good reason to execute credential handling code upon login, but this makes it look like JH failure...
