There are missing NDC codes if compared based on IBM Red Book or any other resource
My Source of NDC code is ndc_map 2020_06_17 (atc5 atc4 ingredients) and some of the missing NDC codes are like -

Is there any particular reason ?

I am trying to map NDC to ATC5 and I realize that the ATC-5 value is not being received.

While debugging, I made an api request manually and learned that the website is sending blank, e.g try the link: https://rxnav.nlm.nih.gov/REST/rxcui/ 1486338 /property?propName=ATC
and it sends out this :

I tried https://rxnav.nlm.nih.gov/REST/rxcui/ 1486338 /property?propName=all
but no luck.

Please advice.

I downloaded a list of NDC codes from the FDA website, and created a CSV file with column header "NDC" of the codes.

It looks like this:

I get an error saying that no data was mapped. Any ideas? See below:

Tallying atc5:
112470 (100%) rows have no atc5 value.
