This is a feature requested by one of the residents. They brought the privacy point of view, so we gotta add a blacklist feature to exclude lots if the owners wants it that way.

Date popover are showing up empty when there is no date.
It should not show at all.

Description

So, the idea is whenever the user searches for the lot number or address of his/her house, and click on the result, it will take them to a details page which have everything regarding the lot.

Example route: /lot/[slug]

Details to show:

list of permits regarding the lot, any other helpful resource

This issue covers trying to figure out how to give a "status" of the lot like "complete" or pre-drywall etc...

When the permit is early in the process, 2 “Review started” status are shown

Currently we're showing ALL the results coming from the API. We should show paginated results instead for better performance.
