Take one or more CSV files and transform them into an aligned table a la psql.

Requires python.

Examples:

~$ cat /tmp/a.csv
foo,bar,baz
1,2,3
4,5,6
~$ cat /tmp/b.csv
foo,bar,baz
a,b,c
e,f,g
~$ csv2psql /tmp/a.csv /tmp/b.csv
 foo | bar | baz 
-----+-----+-----
 1   | 2   | 3   
 4   | 5   | 6   
 a   | b   | c   
 e   | f   | g  

You can also read from stdin using - or by specifying no files at all:

~$ cat /tmp/a.csv | csv2psql
 foo | bar | baz 
-----+-----+-----
   1 |   2 |   3 
   4 |   5 |   6
