Even with the launch option, I can't get the commands to work.
I type clipper into the console and it doesn't auto-complete. Upon entering, it says that it could not recognise the commands. Could this be because of an Autoexec or some other launch options?

When I tried running run.bat, it said this error.

nodejs v17.6.0
yarn v1.22.15

as manager does not start correctly, clipper will not work at all.
