Integrate RapiDoc for a nicer looking OpenAPI Documentation

As someone who is looking through the API documentation, I want to have a nicer and focused documentation theme so I can easily read and understand the doc.

Acceptance Criteria:

Integrate the RapiDoc library.
Implement their blue-white theme for better readability.
Modify or overwrite the current schema to use better operation names.

Setup AWS Elastic Beanstack Deployment

As a developer, I want to have my code hosted on the AWS EBS cloud infrastructure so I can quickly deploy my changes in the future.

Acceptance Criteria:

Create configuration files to deploy the web API, celery workers, and PostgresSQL database to an AWS Elastic Beanstack environment.

Setup CircleCI

As someone who is writing automated tests, I want to my all my tests passing before I can merge my pull requests so I can make sure my builds are always successful.

Acceptance Criteria:

Integrate the CircleCI library.
Invoke a CircleCI build when a PR is created.

Github Actions Integrations

As a developer, I want to automatically deploy my builds so I can have my changes to the cloud quickly.

Acceptance Criteria:

Integrate Github Actions to automatically deploy merges the the main branch.
