Some drapes (such as the LUMINETTE) have two controllable attributes. (the percent open, and the percent of the vanes rotation.)
The plug-in only controls the level of open, and not the rotation.
Is it possible to add a second slider?

The current blind position is retrieved on startup, but after that, the state is tracked internally.

Fix this to actually check the current position.

Unable to get this to work.

With port 522 I get a ECONNREFUSED error. Tried port 80 and I no longer see the error, but everything just hangs and will not proceed to the "Scan this code with your HomeKit App..." message.

Just wondering if this was written for hunter douglas powerview or platinum. The description of your project indicates platinum but in some of the JS files it says to use the powerview app (maybe you project works for both......just not sure)

Error on homebridge startup.... checked and double checked the ip.

Should there not be a password to use?
