Cannot display output of HTTP/DNS analysis about exodus HOT 4 CLOSED

On a Linux gateway behind a Wifi router I've installed and used tcpdump; this produces the PCAP file. Then I've asked the user to use the app to capture the traffic (filtering by the IP address of the mobile phone).

Thank you, it turns out I can get the external traffic from the PCAP file for fr.meteo if I run an analysis on that app. The report does not show the DNS queries, even though they're in there. Could this be the result of the fact that the DNS server was on the LAN IP address where we captured the traffic (192.168.x.x) and not a public IP?
