No, problem is not in apkeep, Google block our ip adress because we download too many apk for a "normal" device (to download apk, we simulate a phone)
from exodus.
The problem seems fixed. I reopened submissions.
I just:
- Validated all security activities on Google account
- Enabled 2FA
- Created and app-specific password
from exodus.
Exodus Privacy reports do not align with the business interests of Google, so I would not bet on Google unblocking the service.
A similar problem exists for the Aurora app store.
Maybe it could help to have a web form where users can upload results from a local instance?

Sounds great. Unfortunately, I receive the following message when analyzing a new apk:
Analysis done!
Unable to download the APK
from exodus.
Possibly related message at https://reports.exodus-privacy.eu.org/en/analysis/submit/:
It is currently impossible to submit new analysis. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Thanks for reporting the issue @Jean-BaptisteC
We do not have a fix currently, so I indeed closed the submissions.

Do you know where it fails?
If it is related to apkeep in general, and not just Google Play, on the latest version of Debian (and ubuntu) apkeep can't find the libssl1.1
package even though it should be available. Issue here: (EFForg/apkeep#167)

Could you simply talk to Google to unblock you? Or is it against their Terms of Service to analyze apps? I don't think so?
Or can you use a VPN that always changes the IP address?

@zi4k4j74yn can you please send me the APK handle you try to analyse?

@codeurimpulsif here are some :
com.adobe.creativeapps.draw
com.algarsys.autocontrol
I'm not able to download them with Apkeep so I guess this is the main problem.
from exodus.
Yes, for com.adobe.creativeapps.draw
and com.algarsys.autocontrol
it said:
Invalid app response for com.algarsys.autocontrol. Skipping...
I think this is an issue for https://github.com/EFForg/apkeep
