I did the pull request #119 to solve this issues. Could you test it?
And we will release the next version within the next week.

Thanks. Improved.
Tested in approximately 20000 dir entried filesystem.
It read 2.7GB vs 1.2GB (current vs next), and took time as a half.

The request count is double of the current version, (21350 vs 40449)
and yes maybe it is due to reduce the request size.

Anyway, it have been improved, and I think it's good.

I have shared performace data with @hclee , current vs next and including other commercial exfat tool.
Can you please discuss with him?
I can't currently look into the next version's changes in detail.

We decreased the elapsed time. the time decreases from 24.95 seconds to 11.63 seconds in our test environment where we fill Samsung 64GB UHS-I sdcard with 9947 directories and 16504 files by fsstress.
