Add possibility to play external audio (as mp3 link or event YouTube music ?)

If end turn while on move, the player stays in move state.
When ending turn : set context-menu to default state

• Add characters icons on top (between show log and title)
  On hover show big tooltip character (as action panel)

• Add roll dice icon which do same as roll dices button on click

• Remove character tooltip on hover on board

On GM mode, when switching from Character tab to GM and switching back, keep the selected character instead of selecting the first one

Need to refresh page to see adventure logs

Add in game rule to check LOS

Sometimes (opening dialogs only) the show actions pane appears by itself
It appears too after updating monster HP after dialog open
