The document seems to end quite abruptly. The inspirational tone in the document is great, it deserves something to round it off. Something that sums Evolve up and leaves you inspired and eager to get started changing the world!

The heading "Impace and outcome", should it be "Impact and outcome"?

In the section "Who do we hire and why?", remove the extra line after "willing"

"For us, diversity is more than just being willing

to hire and work with everyone. It’s about accepting, celebrating and valuing all persons, "

Add a parental leave section that describes that we put emphasis on a healthy work/family balance.

We might not wanna a sexist character as a reference

It’s a little bit like being Bond, James Bond. He is a good example of finding a way out of every tricky situation, but he is also like a chameleon, adapting to every situation. From being chased in the jungle, to going to a gala dinner, he adapts after what the situation requires.

Change " That’s why we don’t do managers and hierarchies. At all"
To: " That’s why we don’t do managers and hierarchies at all"

The part about our services and focus areas differ a bit from the other text. The first part is clarly aimed at a new employee at Evolve, but this part is more ambivalent. It feels as if it is sort of aimed at a prospective customer. I think by just tweaking it a bit we can make it more inline with the rest of the document.

A first step would be to change the headline

And then merge the sections Teams and Consultancy services, with a minor twist at the end:

I am an avid promoter of remote work. To me, the benefits are crystal clear and it falls well in line with the Evolve culture of focusing on work/life balance, results rather than hours and Evolve-days. Also, enabling remote works widens our search of new talent. Many traditional organizations have some difficulty understanding and supporting remote work. I think a clear statement that we are on board with remote work would send a good message in our DNA. Therefore, we should have a section on remote work.

The following phrase sounded off for me:
"and we want to put as little as possible in the way for you doing your careers best work."

New suggestion:

and we want to put as little as possible in the way of the best work of your career.

Another typo in my finishing text.
