База данных старан->регион->город

В файле script.sql содержится набор sql комманд для базы данных PostgreSQL.
Сначала создается три таблицы country, region, city.
Далее в этих таблицах создаются записи.
Таблица country содержит список стран.
Таблица region содержит список регионов.
Таблица city содержит список городов.
Таблица region связана с таблицей country через ключ region.country_id.
Таблица city связана с таблицей region через ключ city.region_id.
Всего в базе данных содержится:
Стран: 218
Регионов: 1611
Городов: 17287
