I no longer user NERDTree (switched to netrw with vinegar).

More plugin cleanup
The pack/extra_syntax_files directory just needs to be merged into plugins. There's too blurry of a line between a "syntax" plugin, and a "feature" plugin, and I can never remember which directory things are in.
Clean up syntax files
The files in syntax/ were added years ago, and a lot of them are out of date, included by default, or have plugin equivalents.
Add help documentation
Because a few people use my vim config, the doc/ directory would be a great place to keep things like key mappings, notes about plugins, etc.
