When I sent the log command in my clanchat today, it suddenly said 0/0 uniques. I reset my collection log data a couple of times and re-uploaded it, but it's not working. Even in the collection log screen the unique log slot counter stays at 0/0 when collecting data.

Whenever I open a new runelite client and click to open the collection log, or I receive a new collection log it causes the entire client to freeze for a number of seconds. This only happens once on each new client opened. I play on a mac.

I think it is very unlikely that after 319 hard clues they only found 2 uniques? So is this an issue with the display on the site, or does the user just need to re-upload the info?

Every time the user LiiviD uploads their collection log to the website, the warning: "Total obtained does not match specific items collected" keeps popping up. Investigate why this keeps happening and if there is something we can do about it.

I have tried everything I can think of to update my info on the site. I do exactly as the plugin says but my user will not update (JayJee)

In certain cases, applying margin: 0 on <p> elements adds weird tinting to the font color

Probably an issue with the font ttf file

Describe the bug
On my browser, the Open in Discord and View on GitHub buttons do not do anything. They do not seem to redirect the browser in any way.

Tested on Chrome Version 110.0.5481.177 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Microsoft Edge Version 110.0.1587.57 (Official build) (64-bit).

The header link to Discord and the footer link to GitHub work as intended.

New to github, may need additional help if additional troubleshooting is required;

I've installed the plugin, enabled upload to collectionlog.net in the settings, and have opened and clicked through all collection log tabs. I have also closed/re-opened/reset the plugin.

I can export the collection log .json, but it does not auto-upload to the website on logout. Unsure if something on my end, I have multiple accounts on RL, but only logged into the one listed below since launching and installing the coll log plugin.

When trying to view collection logs on the website through the runelite plugin, I receive "Error connecting to api.collectionlog.net" and am unable to view anything. Is there a fix to this?

My hardcore (Je nna) is being displayed twice: One that was updated around June 9th, and the other that has been updated recently to this day. The one with 491/1404 is correct and when I look up my name is keeps showing the old log. I have tried everything I could to try and fix this but it doesn't seem to want to update. If there is any way you can delete the old one, or both and I'll just start over that would be great thank you!

Trying to upload my coll log to the site and its not done every section such as minigames and other, it is also not showing kill counts on any of the boss logs. I have tried to reset on runelite and go through every page and log out but it is not updating.

Describe the solution you'd like
Right now, there is only the all-or-nothing "greenlog" of collection log sections (e.g. Abyssal Sire), and no indication of intermediate progress. Zero progress shows the same as 1-slot remaining, needing to fully navigate into the collection log to see the difference.

Add an indicator on the sidebar of each section indicating the current collection count out of the total, using the typical red-yellow-green coloring.

I think this will improve the experience of viewing others' (or your own) collection log, knowing which logs are the "cool" ones to view, rather than blindly looking through the sections that aren't green.

Unsure if the section names should also be yellow, that might differ too much from the just-like-the-game intent of the UI.

Could also add the similar indicator to the top tabs.

Happens consistently across Firefox and MS Edge after restarting browser.

The first four slots (farmer's outfit) of the Tithe Farm log consistently uses the thumbnails of the previously selected collection log, or a no thumbnail in the case of no previously selected log / the previously selected log having < 4 items. The hyperlinks still lead to the correct(farmer's outfit) wiki pages, and the collected count is still accurate, only the image is wrong.

I click on all the logs it tells me to, but still doesn't allow me to finish because of Callisto, Vettion and Venenatis logs are not shown, even though they have been changed to Venenatis and Spindel etc instead.

I was scrolling trough a couple of users boss kills, and saw it was all the same.

It looks like the boss count comes for every boss comes from the first boss (Abyssal Sire). Normally it would get the right amount of kills for every boss.

hello, i've tried to get my collection from oldschool runescape on your website so i people and myself can follow my journy for my log, but i cant upload it or get it on the website, as that something you can help me with?

i tried uploading my data to the website last night. i think because it wasn't working immediately, i hit the upload button several times.
now it shows 3x of every item in the coll log, and triples the total number of slots per boss.

Currently, the type-ahead functionality of the search populates the search bar, requiring another click of the "Search" button to navigate to the page.

Update the type-ahead entry to directly navigate to the user's page upon clicking.

I think this will improve the user experience when navigating around and looking up friends/yourself.

I'm not entirely sure if it's on RuneLite restart or PC restart, but lately every time I open my collection log for the first time of the day, every single page has an asterisk behind it, and none of the logs that I have completed are greened anymore.
If I relog my account, this also gets updated on the website and my whole collection log gets cleared from there.

Plugin should probably either locally store the current progress towards the collection log and load that on startup, or pull the information from the website before being able to send an update to it. It's getting a bit old to have to go through my entire collection log every morning.

TL;DR: there was no button to “Upload Collection Log Data” whenever I downloaded the “Collection Log” plugin - only the two “Reset” buttons. Logging out does not work either, and my username shows up as “undefined” when searched.

I recently installed the “Collection Log” plugin for RuneLite, but I have had some trouble getting my Collection Log to be recorded and submitted. I followed the instructions for the initial recording (open Collection Log in-game, go through every page, log out), and then I tried following the secondary instructions since my account was showing up as “undefined” whenever I used the “Search” function on the Collectionlog.net website. I saw that the instructions mentioned an “Upload Collection Log Data” button on the right-side panel of the plugin, but I am only seeing the two different “Reset” buttons, without any sort of “Upload” button. Logging out also had no effect, even after resetting the plugin, and trying a different computer.

QoL update to change tab text to green to indicate that all entries for that tab have been completed.

I expect the motherlode mine collection log to only show 6 as it should. But it instead shows 12. I have the screenshot saved but I do not know how to post it here

On the second & third pages "Sybke" and "Grieve4Nieve" both show up twice on the hiscores. I'd assume this happens in more places but just noted these two spots.

Currently, when new collection log items are added to the game, there isn't any indicator that collection data needs to be re-uploaded.

Add a new indicator on the user log screen when the user's total unique count is less than the expected total number of unique items.

Additional context
Getting the total expected unique count would be the crux of this. Perhaps we could create a new API endpoint for retrieving the highest total unique items from the dataset we have? So at the launch of a new item, the notice would not appear, but as soon as someone uploads their collection log data, it would be updated for everyone. I expect it would be pretty quick, given the plugin's usage.

I just installed the plugin but the data isn't appearing on collectionlog.net yet. I think the issue is plugin is requiring the entries for Callisto, Venenatis, and Vet'ion but the game has changed those collection log tabs to include their lower leveled variants. Before installing the plugin, my account name would just say account not found or whatever and now it is a blank screen, so something has definitely changed since I installed the plugin. I also tried logging out and back in a couple of times, so the last thing I can think of is the fact that I am not able to click on the old pages of Callisto, Venenatis, and Vet'ion.

Doing the command !log hard treasure trails (rare) or any other rare treasure trail command doesn´t seem to work. I´ve checked that it is updated and showing on the webpage

When pressing enter while typing a (partial) username in the "Search users" search, it will navigate to the page "/log/", This results in poor user experience as users are able to navigate to non-existing user collection logs.

Using ISO 8601 has many advantages, the most important one being that it's unambiguous.

First of all, i really like the site.

I have the pluging installed, i have allowed collectionlog.net connection.
I checked everything in the coll log.
On the sidebar it says "all collection log entries loaded!
I restarted runelite a couple of times, i also uninstalled the pluging and checked everything again.

But when i click on upload coll log data it doesn't show on the site. But there is also nothing happening when i click on reset collection log data so maybe the buttons don't work for me or something?

Any solution on this or this a know issue?

Today, it's possible for collection log information to be submitted, but not include the detail of what items have been unlocked.

This will happen if collection log data is uploaded, but the user did not open the specific collection log tab / entry.

With the data stored in collectionlog.net, we know when the user is in this scenario.

Can we add an indicator somewhere on the user page to indicate that the user is missing detail for some entries and it will need to be uploaded?

I can see the newest collection log items, but I can't see their profiles. Even if I go to the highscores, I only see the list, when I click on a name it always gives this error: "Error connecting to api.collectionlog.net"
