Unlocking the car also re-enables the car

When you disable the car and then unlock it, the car becomes enabled again meaning the suspect can drive again. Is there a way to keep the car disabled when you unlock it and only re-enables with you use the repair button?

Bait car too far dissapears

I dont know if this problem is only on server I play in but, when you set up baitcar and thd car goes far enough away from you to leave your minimap, it dissapears. As in car no longer has bait system inside and you can no longer control the vehicle over the menu. (On one sync server)
