Example broken about elm-form HOT 1 CLOSED

Update:

The problem is caused by the loss of this piece of code in example/src/View.elm

submitClick =
      case Form.getOutput form of
        Just user ->
          onClick address (SubmitUser user)
        Nothing ->
          onClick formAddress Form.Submit

The issue is that formView wants to be of type Html Form.Msg,
but we really need it to be able to return a SubmitUser message.

One option might be to pass a wrapper function of type Form.Msg -> msg and make the return value Html msg for all the library functions.
