Send a private modmail from subreddit to users who trade with themselves or the bot.

Send a public distinguished reply comment from bot to users who do not follow format or who don't trade with exactly one other user.

Currently, once the script runs into a stream error, the program automatically exits. Add in fail safes after the stream error to continue querying the API so that the script doesn't only run for a fraction of its expected time.

Currently, getting removal reasons by ID directly from the Reddit API is unreliable. Reason IDs are not dependent on order of reasons on the Reddit side.
