Installation

You might need to install python3-dev because of the numpy-quaternion dependency. Otherwise

$ pip3 install quadrotor_environment

should do the trick.

Can not install on Python 3.5

Reason: the QuadrotorEnvironment depends on Matplotlib of which versions above 3.0 require python 3.5 at least.
Quick fix: make sure to install an odler matplotlib version and install QuadrotorEnvironment without hte -U option of pip:

pip3 install matplotlib==3.0
pip3 install QuadrotorEnvironment

Fix the import path

Right now when I want to use the quadrotor environment, I need to call

from quadrotor_environment.quadrotor_environment import QuadrotorEnvironment

This is ugly and should be changed to

from quadrotor_environment import QuadrotorEnvironment

Similarly for the other classes.

Dont know how to install

I am a newer of python and ubuntu. I am interested in your env. Could u pls give me a tutorial for how to install ?
