Yes, although it still requires some manual configuration (at least as I understand it). What I mean is basically a bash script that prompts the end user to input a few pieces of information (like their b2 password, for example), and then pipes that information through to the files and performs what the Makefile
does... Maybe this is an imagined need, but I always find it quite nice when a tool provides utilities that make the process as easy as following a few prompts :)

After some more thinking, I believe that the maintenance burden of having an additional way of installing becomes too hard. As currently here is the Makefile and the manual instructions in the README. Adding a 3rd method will make it quite burdensome to maintain this project.
I'm happy to be prove wrong though, maybe it's not such a big deal :)
