CPCLI currently uses linux commands and only supports linux based os. Update the functions to use the os module and other directory and file creation functions.

Add another command delete

cpcli delete filename

which removes the directory filename/ completely.
This can use the following function in python to do the same.

os.rmdir()

Add exception handling. Create custom exceptions or use default exceptions such as File not found etc

A representational logo/thumbnail for CPCLI.

Add CPCLI to PyPI to be installed directly via pip
Setup CICD

Certain other options needs to be added for instance
cpcli --version should print out the version of CPCLI

cpcli without any options or commands should print out about CPCLI with some metadata.

Add more useful code to the template.cpp file and make it exhaustive.
