In order to improve the robustness of the Python program analysis and to expand the Data Science Ontology, I would like to test against a suite of examples larger than the current set of integration tests.

Conveniently, scikit-learn includes a large collection of self-contained example scripts. It would be best to start with a one subdirectory, perhaps for linear models or SVMs.

In aa651ac, I imported the integration tests from the Julia package for semantic flow graphs. Now I need to get them running here. In particular, I also need the Python and R code and the datasets.

Once this repo has content, we should set up Travis CI.

This might be a non-trivial endeavor because we need to support three languages on the build image: Python, R, and Julia. Travis does not officially support multiple languages, but the issue and StackOverflow suggest that workarounds are possible.
