pip install pipenv
使用 pipenv install来安装虚拟环境
pipenv shell 进入虚拟环境
python的话在 conda下载你需要的版本
cleos 的话，如果是mac ,ubuntu 用户则可以按照官网教程来安装好
如果其他系统的用户，则可以使用docker eosio-docker
