Yeah, that's a known Windows bug in certain FFI versions - I've
commented on the original issue.

I've got some Vagrant users that are reporting problems with FFI on 64-bit Windows. Vagrant no longer relies on FFI directly and the only dependency that needs it is childprocess, so I delegate this issue to you :) I've done my best to see what is going on but didn't get far.

I found some stackoverflow knowledge that notes that changing FFI versions somehow fixes things but I don't know why.
Based on my experience using FFI for 2 years with Vagrant prior to ditching it, I have to say that FFI is awesome, but the patch releases are really scary, so if you can minimize your dependence down as much as possible, I'd recommend it.
