Provide a script to automatically move files to correct directories

Add a makefile or a shell script or something that automatically moves each of the files to the directories currently specified in the README, then update the README with instructions for running this script and where the files should go as a backup just in case the script doesn't work.

Add fish commands

Although I am not currently using fish, it would be nice to dig out my old fish commands and add those to this repo along with instructions for using them.

Include vim plugins and some tool for managing same

Include vim plugins in .vimrc, and include installation of some tool for managing the same in the eventual install script.
