Note: Telescope is beta software. Most of it should work but it's still a little unpolished and you'll probably find some bugs. Use at your own risk :)

Peter will set this up. We should have categories that reflect these names:

     Dashboard
     Governance
     Developer Community
     Quill Grammar
     Foundations & Incubators
     Quill Writer
     Activity Design
     Narrative
     Educator Dialogue
     Empirical Core
     Outreach & Press
     Legal

When a person submits an article to Codex it should automatically appear in slack. Either general, or a specific channel. This way it gets the whole team reading, and better chance we can talk about the articles.
