The team met today (8/3/21) and built out the wiki space for Operations, Monitor and Alert Definitions and AWS Alerts. We will meet next week before the sprint ends to tackle AWS Alerts and continue to document in the following wiki space:

The team met today to review Operations, Monitoring and Alert Definitions.
We completed the wiki documentation here with action items.
I will be updating other Support tickets on the zenhub board accordingly but this ticket can close since we have the documents on the wiki know with definitions and our initial support posture that we can revise as we move from beta toward production.
