libcflie does not build on Windows

The libcflie library doesn't seem to be designed with cross-platform usage in mind. It actually looks like it was only tested on ubuntu with gcc.

  • Tested this with Visual Studio 10 Express edition.
  • I found that there are many platform/compiler specific constructs used and implementations like:
// named binary constants
0b00001100 constants

// no return value
bool CTOC::isLogging(std::string strName) {
  // TODO: Implement me.
}

// platform specific functions
sleep(1.0);

// size should be a constant, or declare a pointer with new []
int size = 2; // just a number
char c = [size];

Then I stopped for now and wanted to have a discussion about what to do...

If we stick to this library we may need to rewrite parts of it.
I think it is not an option to develop for *nix-only?

remove libcflie from repo

because it already is on github (i.e. github.com/boaz001/libcflie) , no need to also place it here

Add how-to use git/github

This introduction should be cross-platform.
It should cover:

  • creating a github account
  • forking a repo
  • install git or git for Windows and setting up (ssh) authorization
  • clone a repo to local machine
  • branches and commit/pull/push-ing
  • pull requests
  • fetching from remote (to keep local up-to-date)
