Allow loading and execution of the real GB bootrom in place of our own initialization routines. Perhaps create a new module for booting, and do all the work for initialization there.

If/when bootrom execution is implemented, this should be disabled - allow the bootrom to do the job itself

Dr. Mario and Tetris both currently get stuck in a loop, reading 0xFF44 repeatedly.

Get just enough stuff in a video backend to simulate this close enough to make these programs move on. Minimal faking should just require incrementing the register every 456 clocks, and resetting it to 0 if incrementing would result in a value higher than 153.
