I noticed that if no Twitter or Facebook are configured, no icons appears in the plugins.social window.
Normaly the icons appears and if no accounts are configured, you will be displayed a standard iOS dialog asking you to configure them.
do you think adding this feature?

When I use native share in safari to share some any kind of link, my Facebook profile shows url with thumbnail image and title.
When I use plugin to share the same link, I get only that link on my profile.
Can we fix this?

Does anyone know how to have the plugin share a photo from your photo library or camera? I am working with the ImageFilter plugin as well and wanted the image I take or select be the one that is attached to share instead of a predefined image. Thanks.

It seems that you can share text without an image by passing an empty string as the image parameter, not null or undefined. This may be useful to have in the README.

I am getting this in xcode console...

ERROR: Method 'share:' not defined in Plugin 'Social'.

Seems like its not finding the plugin? I have tried adding it to the config.xml

Am i missing somthing?

At some point in December of 2013 my app's Facebook post stopped working in all versions of iOS. I am getting the following alert notification:
"Cannot Post To Facebook. The post cannot be sent because the connection to Facebook failed."

Has anyone else run into this?

I'm trying to implement your plugin in my iOS app, and I'm using Cordova 2.1

I'm getting this error when trying to fire up the example line

window.plugins.socialmessage.send("This is a test message");

The error says

RerefenceError: Can't find variable: device

any idea why this is happening?

Great plugin.

After installing the plugin on a fresh codebase (Cordova 2.5) it doesn't seem to work as expected:

• The window.plugins.social.available event always returns false, even when social accounts have been added in iOS.
• When I'm firing the window.plugins.social.share event (without a check for window.plugins.social.available), sharing works via Twitter, but only tweets the text and not the attached URL.
