Problem: Cache with granularity of hour was not evacuated. Historical price chart of 7, 30, 90 days depend on this cache. Thus this charts were showing data from the past.

Cause: We emptied the cache every hour. The logic for finding the beginning of an hour was time.Minute() == 0 which was not correct since pod can start at any minute.

PR: #48 (Only store.go and stor_test.go is related to this bug)

For the purpose of EmerisHQ/demeris-backend#259, content of the helm/emeris-price-oracle-server directory must be moved 1 directory down, in the helm directory.

While running a lot of tests concurrently, sometimes we get this error. No clear way to reproduce. Some tests fails randomly.

Initial idea is to have smaller http client timeout that DB keep alive timeout. That passes locally but failing on GH CI.
Ideal case of "but, but it works on my environment..."
