It really was a perfect job, thanks to all the researchers. However, I have some problems now. In the process of learning this literature, I found that many files in the code could not be found. Now I can only find the proteomics data: "procan-depmapsanger_diann_output.tsv" and some data downloaded from Github. However, these file names are different from the data names used in the code "cancer_proteomics/raw_data_processing/3_generate_final_matrices_for_procan-depmapsanger.ipynb". It is difficult to judge their correspondence from their names. Could you please provide some guidance? Thank you very much. Here are a few examples.
